Shipping
Bich Thu Van prides itself on its same-day shipping and its speedy service. However, shipping times are estimates, are largely influenced by the United States Postal Service. Bich Thu Van is not responsible for any shipping delays, and cannot guarantee the arrival time of any package.

Order Acceptance
Placing an order and receiving an electronic order confirmation does not bind order acceptance by Bich Thu Van. Bich Thu Van reserves the right to cancel or limit the order quantity on any order, any time after the order was placed.

Taxes
Orders placed with a billing address in the state of California will be charged sales tax in accordance with the current rates.

Returns
Regarding returns, all customers wishing to return a product to Bich Thu Van can email our customer support at service@bichthuvan.com within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. or exchange.

Bich Thu Van reserves the right to determine whether the products actually defected or damaged by customers.  If it infact damaged by customers, we will not refund or exchange .  Since 100% of your products are original from the manufacturers, they will not have any crack or scratch on the surface of the albums.
